Ponte Vista is designed to reflect the unique culture of the Harbor Area community. The new plan was prepared with livability and quality of life as the key planning principles.
The new Ponte Vista plan includes a mix of housing types – single family homes, duplexes, townhomes and single-level fl ats – that will be accessible to families, seniors and young professionals. It directly responds to community concerns over the site density proposed by the previous developer. The plan provides an abundance of open space, public walking trails, a park to serve all area residents, and a road from Western Avenue to Mary Star of the Sea High School.
